Sunday morning dew
Sunday morning was very dewy, adding a nice sparkle to milkweed buds and blossoms, a daisy, pea flowers, and ferns.

Purple Season
I enjoy the time of year when a lot of purple flowers bloom in our yard. We have Rhododendrons, Lupines, Irises, and various other unidentified weeds. This morning I went out and got my feet wet photographing closeups of some of these dew and rain covered flowers.

Creek Farm Loop Trail
Yesterday we took a short hike on the Loop Trail from Creek Farm, by the Wentworth Coolidge Mansion, and back. It is a nice little winding trail through the woods (watch for poison ivy just off the trail), with lots of ledge and stone walls, and a spur trail that leads to a lovely water view.

Deah yoga in the studio
I had the opportunity to photograph Deah in yoga poses in my studio, in various locations in the building, and in the Rasamaya yoga studio. Her strength and agility are amazing. This is the first of several installments of Deah images.

Yesterday we took a hike on Little Blue Job Mountain in Strafford and Farmington, NH. The summit is mostly open, permitting a panoramic view including Mt. Washington and the seacoast. The most interesting feature, to me, is the meandering stone wall, known as a lace wall. The stones are stacked diagonally, rather than horizontally. I have read that there are similar walls on Martha's Vineyard. I'd like to go see.
