Wet morning

I knew the flowers and foliage would look nice yesterday morning following a rainy night. I made some closeup images of Rhododendron blossoms, Comfrey flowers and a leaf, a lily leaf, and a Lupine just starting to open.

Purple Season

I enjoy the time of year when a lot of purple flowers bloom in our yard. We have Rhododendrons, Lupines, Irises, and various other unidentified weeds. This morning I went out and got my feet wet photographing closeups of some of these dew and rain covered flowers.

For a couple of weeks in the spring we have a lot of color in our yard from rhododendrons, irises, daylilies, lupines, and a few unidentified other things. The bees are happy, and almost outnumber the mosquitoes.
