Snowshoeing on the Barrington Trail
Sunday we took a little snowshoe hike on the Barrington Trail, along the Isinglass River. There are some of the scenes we encountered.

Snowshoeing again
Yesterday's snowstorm provided the needed ingredient for a nice morning of snowshoeing. The new layer of snow kept our feet out of the slush on the lake, and was very pretty on the trees before the gusty wind blew most of it off.

Snowshoeing
It was bitterly cold early this morning, but by 9:00 AM it was over ten degrees and perfect for snowshoeing. We hiked across the lake and through the woods, seeing lots of deer tracks meandering through the boulder fields. We walked for about three miles, and had a great morning!
