Yesterday was such a nice day, we decided to go walk around in Portsmouth. We explored an area of the waterfront just south of Peirce Island, where we had never walked before. The side streets are lined with elegant little homes and nicely landscaped yards containing many flowering spring perennials, trees, and shrubs. It was nice to see some of the scenery that most tourists, and probably a lot of locals, don't know about.

Hey Ron the last photo on this post, the one of the colorful houses! I lived in the house on the far left (the yellow one with the blue door) years ago. That is Walden Street!!
